Unlikely Suspects

So a lot has happened in the last couple of months - we have seen a departure of both our short term drummer and bass player. We wish Marty and Reg all the best in the forthcoming endeavors, wherever they may lead them. 

However, news like the above is swiftly followed with happy news that we have brought a fresh new drummer and bass player to the fold and we are working hard to get back up to speed to bring a new a updated sound to the mix. A big hello to Chris Loader and Brad Cronk who joined us recently and bring expertise and experience to an already rocking ensemble!

Stay tuned, we will be on the war path again very very soon!

It's been WAYYYYYYYYY too long since we updated the site. So much has happened in the last few months it would be impossible to highlight everything here, but a few items worthy of mention;

Firstly, we are settling in nicely with our new beat keeper, Marty who dazzles and amazes us all and gives everything he has at each and every show. What a monster - it's been a joy playing along side this musician. Looking forward to many more for sure.....

Secondly, we continue to fill our weekends throughout the coming months with show after show and things are tightening up more and more at each outting. Keep an eye on our events page for a show near you - we have dates throughout the Alberta area and hope to keep them coming.

So 2021 has seen the return of the Suspects!! We have been playing stages around the area quite a bit lately and are having a blast. New tunes, bigger crowds and more excitement. Be on the lookout for us ripping up a stage near you!!!

Well the world is truly a different place......but, we have been busy in the Suspects camp ramping up some new tunes, moving to a new rehearsal space and filling a much needed open bass position in the ranks. We welcome Reg Walsh to our debauchery and look forward to the mayhem that he will undoubtedly cause with us! Stay tuned, we are saying 'fuck it' to Covid and playing at various venues shortly. Stay happy and safe everyone......

In light of recent Covid19 outbreak, and in response to Alberta Premier's ruling today, we regret to inform those that follow us and support us that all events will be suspended until further notice. This past weekend was a new beginning of sorts for the Suspects.....we had the opportunity to rattle a new venue with our brand of classic rock, as well as adding a new suspect to the gang! I want to take the opportunity to welcome Dave Farhall to the US gang. Looking forward to our next show for Halloween and hope to see you all there to party with us!!! Come get your ghoul on!

Had a great time rocking the Newcastle Pub this past weekend!! Such a great show of support for us - thank you everyone for coming out to take part in the adventure. Thank you as well to the venue for having us and looking forward to our return in the near future!

What an adventure last night!!! Leduc block party in the pouring rain but the Suspects kept churning out the rock tunes to the faithful gang that came out for the event. Thanks to everyone for giving us the opportunity and those that braved the weather. Hope to see you again soon!!
